Since 2013, Dean has been helping producers across the country build up the life insurance side of their practices. He approaches each producer relationship with a high level of personalized attention, armed with a background of over 18 years in sales, sales management, and business ownership within the life insurance field and residential mortgage industry. Dean’s sense of humor goes a long way in helping him to build relationships with producers, allowing him to fully understand their needs so that he can tailor appropriate training, marketing support and recommendations for them, as well as provide solid case designs for their clients. Prior to joining GamePlan, Dean spent more than four years as a sales manager for an insurance carrier, where he was responsible for training multiple agents and helping them reach their sales goals. He also worked as a regional marketing director, recruiting new producers as well as spending time in the field marketing a portfolio of life insurance solutions. Before entering the insurance industry, he spent eight years in the residential mortgage field as a senior loan officer. Dean is life and health insurance licensed.

Dean received a degree in Marketing and Political Science from Miami University in Ohio. An outdoorsy kind of guy, he tries to live an active and healthy lifestyle. An avid music fan of various genres, Dean enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends and his pets Rocco and Stella. Dean’s roots here in the United States are about as deep as you can get, as one of his great, great, great – let’s just say lots of greats – grandfathers was one of the original settlers of Jamestown, VA, the first permanent English settlement in the country.
